			Some Frequently Asked Questions:
			
  
			Q:     When do I contact Connect? 
                        A:     Contact AAUW's Connect with specific questions about bulk ordering 
            for branches/member events, membership         renewal, or when an item will be 
            restocked. Connect is AAUW's main line for all inquiries about the organization. 
             
			Q:     Why can't I find items I've purchased 
            previously? 
                        A:     Items may not be restocked for many reasons, including, but not 
            limited to: merchandise was discontinued by the         manufacturer, the item did not 
            sell well, AAUW tries to keep stock fresh so you always find something new, etc.
             
             
			Q:     When do I contact ShopAAUW/Source4? 
                        A:     Contact ShopAAUW with questions regarding AAUW questions on your 
            order, billing inquiries, and rush shipments.         ShopAAUW is run by a third party 
            vendor, Source4. As such, Source4 is unable to answer AAUW specific questions 
                    beyond the listed items.
             
              
			Q:     What do I do if I see an item elsewhere that 
            I think ShopAAUW should carry? 
                        A:     We love getting ideas from members. Please send an email to 
            marketing@aauw.org and we'll look into the          feasibility of stocking it on 
            ShopAAUW.
             
             
			Q:     When will my order be shipped?
             
                        A:    If UPS Ground is selected, orders normally ship within 24 hours. UPS Next Day Air, 2-Day Air, and          3-Day Service will ship same day if ordered by 3 pm EST, otherwise the following business day.          The distribution facility has UPS pickup          Monday through Friday only, orders placed after 3:00 PM EST on Fridays will not be processed until the          following Monday. 
             
			Q:     Can I ship to a Post Office Box?
             
            A:     No, we cannot ship to a Post Office Box address at this time. 
             
             
			Q:     Why doesn't AAUW show on my credit card 
            statement?
             
                        A:     Source4 is the fulfillment center for AAUW. All shipping and billing 
            is handled through Source4, therefore your          statement will reflect this and show 
            Source4 and not AAUW.
